Terms of service

Mizan is invoicing and accounting software for small businesses. Each business has its own workspace, its own members and its own books.

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can sign in with a Mizan account or with CircleXO.

The invoices, contacts and books you enter belong to you. You can export them at any time and ask us to delete a business.

Do not use Mizan to break the law, to harm others or to disrupt the service. We may suspend a business that does.

The Free plan has a monthly limit on issued invoices. Paid plans are billed through CircleXO and can be changed or cancelled there.

We work to keep Mizan available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copies of records you are required to retain.
